Who we are and what we stock

Adelaar Store is an Egyptian-owned retailer of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio and production gear, based at East Hub Mall in Cairo and shipping to every governorate. We carry Sony, Canon, Nikon, FUJIFILM, Sigma, DJI and Rode, sourced through authorised channels. Everything we list is brand new and factory-sealed — no used bodies, no grey-market stock dressed up as local, and nothing listed that we cannot actually put in a box for you.

Every new item we sell carries a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. If something fails inside that year, contact us with your order number and we will handle the claim for you rather than leaving you to chase the brand yourself.

Shipping and delivery

We ship nationwide with Aramex. Cairo orders arrive within 1–2 business days of confirmation; all other governorates take 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, and a tracking number reaches you by SMS or email the moment the shipment moves. Shipping is free on orders above EGP 1,000 and a flat EGP 80 below that, with a minimum order value of EGP 500. Large items — cinema bodies, lighting kits, tripod systems — travel the same way, packed properly for the trip.

Payment, instalments and returns

Pay by Visa or Mastercard at checkout, cash on delivery with the Aramex courier, or bank transfer and InstaPay before dispatch. Instalment plans are available on most bodies and lenses through buy-now-pay-later providers and participating bank cards — message us with the item first and we will confirm the plan and the monthly figure before you commit to anything.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item, provided it is unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and complete with accessories, manuals and any free gift. Return shipping is at your cost, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Opened products, damaged packaging, memory cards after opening, software and gift cards are final sale. If something arrives faulty, tell us straight away — that is a warranty case, and we handle it rather than leaving you to chase the brand yourself.

• Weddings and events. Full-frame hybrid, dual card slots, fast glass. Compare Sony, Canon and Nikon, then pick a 24–70mm and an 85mm from Lenses & Accessories.
• Commercial and film work. Internal recording, log profiles, proper audio inputs: Professional Video, held up by something from Tripods & Supports.
• Studio product and portrait. The light decides the picture more than the body does — start in Lighting & Studio, then choose a macro or portrait prime.
• Run-and-gun and travel. Gimbals & Stabilizers for moving shots, plus fast cards from Storage & Accessories so you are not deleting footage on location.
